Liontrust Asset Management plc10 January 2005Notification of directors' interests: Companies Act 1985 s.329The Trustee of the Liontrust Asset Management Employee Trust has notified theCompany that it acquired in the market a total of 100,000 ordinary shares inthe Company on 7 January 2005 at a price of 296p per share. Following thistransaction, the Trust held a total of 2,101,251 ordinary shares in the Companyin which the following directors had an interest as potential beneficiaries: VK Abrol, N R Legge, J D Lang, W T Pattisson and A J V Yates.
