Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
OpSec Security Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 24 June 2010 that on that day, the OpSec Security Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") purchased 24,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 26.5 pence per Share. The Company was also notified that the Trust has today purchased a further 5,900 shares at a price of 27.0 pence per Share.
The purchases were made in order to cover obligations of the Trust under the Company's employee share schemes.
Following these transactions the Trust now holds 5,009,681 Shares, representing 6.59% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
The Executive Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Shares held in the Trust.
