NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above-mentioned Stock that, in accordance with condition 2 of the Debenture Stock, Peel South East Limited ("Peel") intends to redeem the Stock in full at par together with accrued interest to the date of repayment of 30 April 2015 (the Redemption Date).
