Earlier Termination of Independent Director's Term

On February 7, 2013, Dong-Min Yoon's positions as an Independent Director and an Audit Committee member became vacant due to Mr. Yoon's sudden demise. His term began on March 16, 2012 and was supposed to end on March 15, 2015.

As the position of an Independent Director is vacated, the Audit Committee now consists of two Independent Directors. Pursuant to Article 542-8 of the Commercial Code, an Independent Director will be newly appointed at the '13 Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Audit Committee composition requirements.
