Entertainment One Ltd20 March 2008 20 March 2008 Entertainment One Ltd Entertainment One agrees output deal with Yari Film Group Entertainment One Ltd. ("the Company"), the international independent film andentertainment content business, today announces that it has agreed an outputdeal with Yari Film Group (YFG). The Company will be the exclusive Canadian distributor of films produced by YFGPictures until the end of 2010, with ten theatrical releases projected eachyear. Entertainment One's subsidiary, Seville Pictures, will handledistribution. YFG's past productions include the Academy Award winning film, Crash, and recenthits The Illusionist and The Painted Veil. Upcoming feature releases include JoeCarnahan's Killing Pablo, starring Christian Bale, and Peter Hewitt's The LonelyMaiden, starring Morgan Freeman. Entertainment One's strategy is to build a leading independent internationalentertainment and content ownership and distribution business. The deals followrecent acquisitions of Benelux distributor RCV Entertainment BV in January 2008;UK based Contender Entertainment Group in July 2007 and of Canada based SevillePictures in August 2007.
