(the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1, wenotify the market of the following:- That, as at 31 August 2007, the Company's issued share capital consisted of2,031,058,312 ordinary shares of 25p each with voting rights (the "Voting RightsFigure"). As at 31 August 2007 and at the time of this announcement, no shares are held intreasury by the Company. The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirvoting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
