Sefton Resources Inc30 June 2005 Sefton Resources, Inc. Sefton completes first phase of its drilling programme Sefton Resources, Inc. the AIM listed oil and gas production company with assetsin California, Kansas and Canada announces that the first phase of its Tapiadrilling programme has been completed. Three wells have been successfullydrilled, indicating good reservoir sands in each well. Production has alreadystarted and will be brought on slowly to allow the gravel-pack completions tosettle in properly. Jim Ellerton, Chairman and Chief Executive of Sefton commented: "The drilling programme has justified our early optimism concerning this field.We have still to complete work on two additional wells where we are also veryoptimistic about the likely results. Once we have cleaned up the wells andproduced for a couple of months, we will be ready for the next phase of cyclicsteaming. We have now received final permits from the Los Angeles Air QualityManagement District (AQMD) and plan to start operating our Steam Assistedprogramme in early Autumn.
