Drawdown of First Tranche under Convertible Loan and Change of Company Secretary
GBP 500,000 convertible loan
Further to the announcement of 25 September 2012 confirming completion of the documentation for the GBP 500,000 unsecured convertible loan to the Company by its largest shareholder, ARA Capital Limited (the "Loan Note"), the Company announces that the first tranche of GBP 250,000 under the Loan Note has now been drawn down and received by the Company.
Change of Company Secretary
The Company announces that Ogier Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited has replaced Horizon Trustees (Suisse) S.A, as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
