Draft Amendments to the Articles of Association

Rule 9.6.2

Copies of the Company's draft amendments to the Articles of Association to be approved at the Company's 2010 Annual General Meeting (the "New Articles") have been delivered to the Document Viewing Facility of the FSA at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.

A Copy of the New Articles can be viewed during normal business hours on any business day (bank holidays excluded) until the close of the Company's 2010 Annual General Meeting, at the offices of Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY.
