Amphion Innovations PLC02 June 2006 Amphion Innovations PLC Dr. David Evans London, 2 June 2006 - It is with great sadness that Amphion Innovations plc(AMP.L) announces the sudden and untimely death of Dr. David Evans, the CEO ofour partner company WellGen, Inc. on 1 June 2006. Dave's passing is a tragic loss for his family, his friends, and his colleaguesat WellGen. It is also a deep personal and professional loss for the staff ofAmphion. Dave will be remembered for his great contributions in the field ofagricultural biotechnology and as a pioneer in establishing and leading thenascent field of nutrigenomics.
