3. Total amount of the donation: The approximate value will not exceed USD$175,000,000 (including the vaccine procurement, the necessary cold-chain logistics and handling services, and the insurance).Hon Hai will not exceedUS$105,000,000 and YongLin Foundation will not exceed US$70,000,000.
