Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.3 R
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 R, the Company has submitted two copies of the following documents:
Half-yearly report for the six months to 30 September 2009; and
Letter to shareholders who have not expressed a preference for either hard copy or electronic shareholder communications,
to the UK Listing Authority which will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS (telephone number: +44 (0) 20 7066 1000).
