Pennant International Group plc announces that the following documents are now available on its website www.pennantplc.co.uk by following the links under "Latest headlines" on the home page:

· The 2014 Report and Accounts;

· Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting to be held on 14 April 2015; and

· A circular requesting a renewal of approval of waiver of obligations under Rule 9 of The City Code on Takeover and Mergers including notice of a General Meeting to be held on 14 April 2015.

Hard copies of these documents have been posted to those shareholders who have requested them.
