Notice of Availability of Materials for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 September 2016

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company) (TRCN), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, notifies that the materials for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") are now available at www.trcont.ru.

As announced on 8 August 2016, the EGM will be held at TransContainer's office, located at 19 Oruzheyniy pereulok, Moscow, at 11.00 (Moscow time) on 9 September 2016. The registration will start at 10.00 am (Moscow time).
