Update on timing of Annual Results for the year ended 31 March 2020

The Annual Results for the year ended 31 March 2020 are expected to be released on or around 3 August 2020, in line with the FCA's dispensation for the late publication of results due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The preparation of the Annual Results was delayed due to disruption caused by the pandemic and whilst the shareholder vote to modify the investment objective and policy of the Company remained pending (as a result of the adjournment of the General Meeting which was originally convened for 25 March).
