MIAMI, May 20, 2011 -- Carnival Corporation & plc announce that its joint current report on Form 8-K was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 19, 2011. As further described in the joint current report on Form 8-K, on May 18, 2011, Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc entered into a multi-currency facility agreement with a syndicate of financial institutions.
