3i Infrastructure plc - Resolutions passed at 2013 AGM

3i Infrastructure plc (the 'Company') announces that all the resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 30 May 2013 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 9 July 2013. These included resolutions 14, 15, 16 and 17, which constituted special business.
