Centaur Media PLC15 February 2008 Centaur Media plc ("Centaur" or the "Group") Reorganisation of Marketing & Creative Division to drive growth in new product development Following a strategic review of its publishing operations, certainorganisational changes are to be implemented in order to facilitate a moreconsistent multi-media strategy across all sectors in the Group and to drivegrowth in new product development. Tim Potter, MD Business Publishing, is to take direct responsibility for the keybrands in the Marketing & Creative Division, bringing them under a singlemanagement for the first time. Tim will implement plans to deliver an effectiveprogramme of new product development, with a particular emphasis on onlineproduct and a greater integration between our major brands in this division, inline with the successful strategies pursued in other Centaur divisions. As a result of these changes, three senior Publishing Directors will leaveCentaur to pursue other opportunities outside the Group. However, we believe that the future long-termgrowth opportunities for this Division will be greatly enhanced by the adoptionof a more coordinated strategy, in order to take full advantage of theexceptional brands we own and the market relationships that stem from them.
