PartyGaming Plc09 May 2008 9 May 2008 PartyGaming Plc ("PartyGaming") Application to List Divisibility Shares PartyGaming announces the allotment of 8 ordinary shares of 0.0015 pence each ("Shares"). Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UKListing Authority for their admission to trading and to the Official List. Listing is expected to become effective on 12 May 2008. These 8 Shares rank pari passu with the existing Shares. Following this allotment PartyGaming will have 4,115,193,850 Shares in issue. This allotment is taking place ahead of PartyGaming's Extraordinary GeneralMeeting on 15 May 2008 to approve a ten for one share capital consolidation, sothat the number of ordinary shares of 0.015 pence each in issue after the shareconsolidation is a whole number.
