Johnson Service Group PLC30 November 2007 30 November 2007 JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP PLC DIVIDEND UPDATE Further to the announcement on the 8th November 2007 stating that the Boardexpected that the Company will breach the existing covenants in its bankingagreement, the Board has decided that it is not appropriate to pay thepreviously declared dividend of 3 pence per share in respect of the periodending 30 June 2007. The shares were to have gone ex dividend on the 5thDecember 2007. The Board is continuing to work constructively with its banksand will make a further announcement when appropriate.
