Dividend Update

Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that as part of the Interim Results released earlier today, the Board declared an interim dividend of 1.60 pence per ordinary share ("pps") (30 June 2024: 1.60pps). The Company confirms that the dividend will be paid on 8 January 2026 to members on the register on 28 November 2025 and is accrued in the 30 June 2025 interim accounts. The ex-dividend date will be 27 November 2025.
