Following the 2015 financial year preliminary results announcement the Company made on 23 February 2016, the Company hereby confirms the following timetable for payment of the final dividend:

Ex-dividend date - 21 April 2016

Record date - 22 April 2016

Payment date - on or before 13 May 2016

Payment of the final dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting.
