Hibernia announces Dividend Timetable Corrections

Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia" or the "Company") announces corrections to the Interim Dividend timetable disclosed in its Interim Results announcement released at 7.00 this morning (RNS Number : 6473W).

The announcement stated that the interim dividend would be paid to shareholders on the register as at 4 January 2018. The interim dividend will in fact be paid to shareholders on the register as at 5 January 2018. The announcement also incorrectly stated that the Directors had declared the interim dividend on 6 November 2017. The correct date is 15 November 2017.

The relevant information in the announcement regarding the interim dividend is restated correctly below.

DIVIDEND

"The total dividend paid by the Group in respect of the year ended March 2017 was 2.2 cent per share (2016: 1.5 cent). Consistent with its policy of paying an interim dividend totalling 30-50% of the total regular dividends paid in respect of the prior year, the Board has declared an interim dividend of 1.1 cent per share (2016: 0.75 cent). All of this dividend will be a Property Income Distribution ("PID") in respect of the Group's property rental business as defined under the Irish REIT legislation. The interim dividend will be paid on 25 January 2018 to shareholders on the register as at 5 January 2018."

Note 32. Events after the reporting period

"b. Interim dividend

The Directors have declared an interim dividend of 1.1 cent per share or €7.6m on 15 November 2017 which will be paid on 25 January 2018 to shareholders on the register on 5 January 2018."

All other details in relation to the interim dividend and the rest of the Interim Results announcement remain unchanged.
