Dividend Timetable
Further to this morning's preliminary results announcement, in which the Board announced that it is recommending a final dividend of 3.5 pence per ordinary share, the Company hereby confirms the following dividend timetable:
·; Record date - 27 April 2012
·; Ex-dividend date - 25 April 2012
·; Payment date - 1 June 2012
Payment of the final dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 25 May 2012.
