Dividend Timetable

Nature Group Plc, a provider of port reception facilities and waste water treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces that its final dividend of 0.6 pence per ordinary share, announced in its preliminary results on 27 May 2010, will be payable to shareholders on 20th July 2010, with a record date of 18 June 2010 and ex-dividend date of 16 June 2010, subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on 15 July 2010.
