All Leisure group plc today announces a final dividend of 1.22p per share as detailed in the schedule below:

Ex-Dividend Date	3 March 2010
Record Date	5 March 2010
Pay Date	1 April 2010

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00 am on 16 March 2010 at the offices of Panmure Gordon & Co Moorgate Hall, 155 Moorgate, London EC2M 6XB.
