Dividend reinvestment plan
The Company today announces the introduction of a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") which will enable subscribers to acquire Ordinary Shares in the Company through the reinvestment of the dividends earned on their respective shareholdings in the Company. The scheme provider will make an on-market purchase of existing Ordinary Shares to satisfy the demand of shareholders for reinvestment.
The DRIP will be in effect when the interim dividend of 5p per share is paid on 2 March 2009 to shareholders on the register on 13 February 2009.
Details of the Company's DRIP scheme, including instructions of how to subscribe, have already been posted to shareholders.
