Poundland Group PLC's proposed final ordinary dividend will be paid to those shareholders whose names are on the Register of Members at the close of business on 16 September 2016. This announcement corrects the statement in our Preliminary Results announcement for the year ended 27 March 2016, which was published on 16 June 2016 and said that the Record Date would be 10 September 2016.
