Further to the announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2022 made earlier today and the proposed final dividend of 0.5p, Cenkos notes that, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 May 2023, the final dividend will be paid on 22 June 2023 to the shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 May 2023.
