Henderson Group plc09 May 2008 Dividend rates 9 May 2008 Henderson Group plc wishes to confirm that shareholders on the register at5.00pm today, the Record Date, will be entitled to a dividend in respect of thesix months ended 31 December 2007 of 4.44 pence per ordinary share. For holders of CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs), the A$ or the NZ$ equivalentwill be 9.333013 cents* (Australia) and 11.230833 cents* (New Zealand) per CDIrespectively. The dividend will be paid on 30 May 2008.
