Correction of Dividend Payment Date

Auto Trader Group plc's ("Auto Trader", the "Group") Half Year Results announcement for the six months to 25 September 2016, released at 07:00 on 10 November 2016 (RNS number 8020O), included an incorrect dividend payment date for the Group's interim dividend. The dividend payment date will be 27 January 2017 and not 29 January 2017. All other details remain the same, the correct sequence of events is set out below:

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 1.7 pence per share in line with the Group's dividend policy. The interim dividend will be paid on 27 January 2017 to members on the register on 6 January 2017.
