Dividend Payment Date - clarification

Redrow plc announces that the payment date of its 2017 final dividend as stated in its Final Results announcement of 5 September (RNS Number: 7835P) and on pages 20 and 48 of its 2017 Annual Report was incorrect and should be disregarded.

Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, the 2017 final dividend will be paid on 14 November 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 September 2017.
