Elementis PLC01 March 2007 Elementis plc ("the Company") Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting the final dividend beingproposed by the Board of the Company will be paid on 8 May 2007, and not 5 May2007 as stated in the preliminary results announced on 27 February 2007.
