IDOX plc (the "Company")
Final Dividend Payment Date
The Company announced yesterday in its preliminary results for the year to 31 October 2010 a proposed final dividend of 0.35 pence per share. The final dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on 21 April 2011 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 8 April 2011. Shares will go ex-dividend on 6 April 2011.
