Sunplus Board of Directors Propose NT$0.6 Cash Dividend Per Share

Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, April 22th, 2015 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today held the meeting of the Board of Directors and Supervisors, at which the board adopted a proposal recommending distribution of NT$0.6 cash dividend per common share. According to this proposal, GDR holders will get NT$1.2 cash dividend per GDR share for each GDR share represents 2 common Sunplus shares. The proposal will be discussed and voted at the company's annual shareholders' meeting scheduled on June 12th, 2015.

The 2015 Sunplus annual shareholders' meeting will be held in Darwin Hall of Science Park Life Hub, No.1, Industrial East Road 2, Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan at 9:00 AM, on Friday, June 12, 2015. The shareholders' register shall be closed for registration of transfer during April 14 to June 12, 2015.
