The Company announces that the next dividend payment on the Company's 7.375% cumulative irredeemable preference shares of £1 each ("Preference Shares") will be on 1 April 2022. The associated ex-dividend and record dates are 10 March 2022 and 11 March 2022 respectively. 

Dividend: in the gross amount of £4,609,375.00 / £0.036875 per Preference Share

Ex-dividend date: 10 March 2022

Record date: 11 March 2022

Payment date: 1 April 2022
