Dividend Declaration

Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that the Directors have today declared a first interim dividend for the year to 30 September 2014 in an amount of 1.6875p per Ordinary Share. 

The first interim dividend will be payable on 28 February 2014 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 14 February 2014 (ex-dividend 12 February 2014).
