Dividend
The Board of Directors have agreed to recommend to shareholders a final dividend of 5 pence per share for the year ended March 31, 2008. The dividend will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 15, 2008.
The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2008 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on May 30, 2008.
