Declaration of Dividends

The Directors of JPMorgan Elect plc have declared the following dividends:

Managed Growth Shares

A quarterly interim dividend of 3.150 pence per Managed Growth share, for the fourth quarter to 31 August 2016, will be paid on 23 September 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 August 2016(ex dividend date 25 August 2016).

Managed Income Shares

A quarterly interim dividend of 1.35 pence per Managed Income share, for the fourth quarter to 31 August 2016, will be paid on 23 September 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 August 2016 (ex dividend date 25 August 2016).

Managed Cash Shares

An interim dividend of 0.35 pence per Managed Cash share, for the yearto 31 August 2016, will be paid on 23 September 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 August 2016 (ex dividend date25 August 2016).
