Interim Dividend
The Board announces the fourth interim dividend payment in respect of the year ending 30 June 2008 of 1.0 pence per share. The total dividend payments in respect of the year are 113% covered by “revenue profits” (profit excluding items of a capital nature).
The Board is confident that this level of dividend is stable given the security of the income stream and the interest rate hedging in place.

Record Date - 15 August 2008
Payment Date - 29 August 2008
This is the twelfth dividend payment by the Company since its launch on 23 May 2005.
