Announcement of special dividend

On 22 December 2014, the board of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc (the "Company") announced the sale of the Company's investment in Waterfall Services Limited for cash proceeds of approximately £1.9m resulting in a gain of approximately £1.3 million. In accordance with its policy of generating tax free dividends to shareholders, the directors have decided to declare a special dividend of 5p per share payable on 10 March 2015 to shareholders on the register on 13 February 2015.
