It is stated that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting heldtoday i.e. 15th February, 2006 have, inter alia, approved payment of an interimdividend @ 20%, on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for theFinancial Year 2005-06. The said interim dividend shall be payable withreference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, the 21st February, 2006, fixed forthe said purpose, which has already been informed vide our letter dated 25thJanuary, 2006.
