Dividend Declaration

Playtech (AIM:PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of software for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, is pleased to announce a recommended final dividend of 9.6 € cents per ordinary share following the release of its annual results for the year ending 31 December 2010.

The dividend will be payable on 2 June 2011 to those shareholders on the Company's register as at the record date of 3 May 2011. The ex-dividend date is 27 April 2011. Currency election forms must be returned by 10 May 2011. For any shareholders who elect to receive their dividends in sterling the conversion exchange rate from Euros will be set on 28 April 2011.
