Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2010

The board of directors of the Company are pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 11.1 pence per ordinary share of one pence each ("Ordinary shares") was declared at a board meeting of the Company held yesterday. There are currently 43,240,804 Ordinary shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £4,799,729.
The interim dividend will be paid on 10th December 2010 to shareholders on the register on 19th November 2010 and the Ordinary shares will become ex-dividend on 17th November 2010.
