The Directors of Tex Holdings plc consider that given the current strength of the balance sheet that it is appropriate to pay a special dividend. Accordingly, a special dividend of 15p per share will be paid on 24th November 2015 to members on the register as at 13th November 2015. This represents a total cash dividend of £952,718.
