P2P Global Investments plc (the "Company")

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

On the 24 October 2017, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of 12p per ordinary share for the three month period to 30 September 2017. The dividend was covered by income of 5.7p, from Company's revenue reserve, and 6.3p from the special distributable reserve, 2.1p of which relates to accretion from the Company's share buybacks in the period.

The dividend will be paid on 24 November 2017 to shareholders on the register as of 3 November 2017. The ex-dividend date is 2 November 2017.

The Company has elected to designate all of the interim dividend for the three month period to 30 September 2017, as an interest distribution to its shareholders. In doing so the Company is taking advantage of UK tax treatment by "streaming" income from interest-bearing investments into dividends that will be taxed in the hands of shareholders as interest income.

No tax will be deducted at source from the interest distribution paid on 24 November 2017, or from future interest distributions following changes to the taxation of dividends effective from 6 April 2017. 

The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, available on the ordinary share class, is 3 November 2017.
