In our Trading Statement of 3 January 2014 we detailed our position on share buybacks and special dividends. That announcement gave details of the special dividend that is being paid on 3 February 2014.
We now announce that a further special dividend of 50 pence per share will be paid on 1 May 2014 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 4 April 2014. Shares will trade ex-dividend from 2 April 2014.
Our full year results to January 2014 will be announced on Thursday 20 March 2014.
