As part of the announcement of the Company's half year results for the six months ended 30 September 2023, released at 7.00 a.m. this morning, the Directors of the Company have declared that an interim dividend of 5.65p (2022: 5.65p), in respect of the year ending 31 March 2024, will be paid on 11 January 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 December 2023. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 14 December 2023.
