This is the reference price at which Aviva ordinary shareswill be issued to shareholders who have elected to take shares in lieu of cashdividends through participation in the Aviva Scrip Dividend Scheme and is basedon the average of the middle market quotations of Aviva plc ordinary sharesderived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the fiveconsecutive business days 26, 27, 28 and 31 March 2008 and 1 April 2008inclusive.
