Dividend Declaration

Picton today announces an interim dividend payment in respect of the financial period from 1 July 2018 to 30 September 2018, of 0.875 pence per share. As this dividend relates to the period prior to REIT conversion it is an ordinary dividend.

The dividend timetable is set out below:

Ex-Dividend Date - 15 November 2018

Record Date - 16 November 2018

Pay Date - 30 November 2018
